WHAT DOES BETFLIX MEAN?

It's been 1 week given that we switched over to Fios, the net is awesome but this Fios Stream TV box is very glitchy the applications will no longer load up. We can only just enjoy Fios TV. Must call in to Verizon to get it resolve.Is there a bigger handheld remote control suitable with this particular streaming box? One that is better backlit with
